Sales Support Representative- Residential Builder at Ferguson
We are looking for a hands‑on, customer‑focused individual to support our sales associates and help customers with product and solution recommendations for residential building and remodel projects.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm plus 1 Saturday 6 weeks Pay: $19.65‑$31.41
Responsibilities
Work together with sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
Ensure a personalized customer service experience through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
Effectively use the customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.
Qualifications
0‑3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented with a mindset for building relationships.
General digital literacy, including Microsoft Office.
Quick learner of product knowledge and processes.
