The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate

Responsibilities
Engage customers in conversation to understand their banking needs and preferences
Process transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide assistance with account servicing needs
Facilitate customer awareness and education of bank services, including digital banking capabilities
Introduce customers to other branch team members or bank partners who can provide solutions for their financial needs
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and 6 months customer service experience.
Preferred experience: Sales. Skills: Financial literacy, knowledge of retail banking products and services.
