Description and Requirements Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 retail outlets via Walmart Supercenter, supported by a dedicated sales team of more than 3,200 brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Pro, you will connect shoppers with the products and solutions they need, using hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving to close sales.

What you will do

Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.

Proactively initiate conversations with Walmart customers.

Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.

Recommend personalized product baskets.

Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products.

Maintain wire‑frame planogram displays in full stock and flawless condition.

How you will succeed

Display a high‑energy personality and natural ability to initiate customer conversations.

Demonstrate resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.

Maintain a strong drive to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

Provide fantastic service while upholding integrity.

Be able to stand/move for 8–10 hour shifts.

Maintain flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
