Outside Sales Representative

to help grow our company in

North Austin, Texas and surrounding areas.

This position will report to our office located in Buda, TX with a flexible hybrid work arrangement. If you have industry experience as a technician and a passion for customer service, please read on!

competitive salary based on experience plus commissions.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN OUTSIDE SALES REP In this business development position, you are critical in scoping the surrounding area for new business growth. You are responsible for finding new clients while maintaining relationships and meeting with existing clients. By demonstrating quality customer service and giving accurate quotes, you keep clients happy and close deals. Using your deep knowledge of our products, you conduct presentations to educate clients. You always meet sales goals and survey our territory for new prospects, and your self‑confidence leads to success.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in retail and commercial petroleum equipment in a Sales or Technician role

Valid driver’s license

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

Bilingual in Spanish is preferred but not required

Do you have strong verbal and written communication skills? Can you maintain a positive attitude with clients and balance multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment while demonstrating good time management?

Work Schedule This full‑time position typically works

8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday

with flexibility to work from home.
