Meet or exceed sales goals through new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling
Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers
Explain wireless solutions in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms
Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers
Teach shoppers how to set up and activate new products
Maintain planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition
Qualifications & Skills
High‑energy personality with a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers
Resilience and resourcefulness in high‑traffic environments
Motivation to excel in an uncapped commission sales role
Integrity and commitment to fantastic service
Ability to stand/move around for 8–10 hour shifts
Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays
Prior sales experience or wireless knowledge not mandatory; strong learning drive required
Training & Development On‑site and online training will cover wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions.
