Join Gulfeagle Supply as an Inside Sales professional and play a key role in delivering high-quality roofing and building products to contractors, homeowners, and architects.
About the Role In this Inside Sales position, you will work closely with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide the best customer service, accurately process orders and sales, and build lasting relationships with buyers.
Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of various customer orders and sales.
Collaborate with the Territory Manager and Branch Manager to provide customer support, product availability, pricing, and delivery information.
Maintain knowledge of new products, specialty products, and systems.
Use cold‑calling and telemarketing skills to generate new business.
Deliver excellent customer service and follow up on pricing and quotes.
Support cashiering and credit functions, including cash handling.
Requirements and Qualifications
Meet expected sales targets and market awareness as defined by the Branch Manager.
Professional communication skills (verbal and written).
Quick learning and retention of new product knowledge.
Strong initiative and ability to create winning sales strategies.
Ability to build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with new buyers.
Effective at price quoting, communication, and follow‑up.
Experience with cash handling and credit functions.
Proficient PC and related software skills.
Strong multitasking and prioritization capabilities.
Must be a U.S. citizen or be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills
Fluent in Spanish and English.
3+ years inside sales experience in a related industry.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent.
All new hires must complete a pre‑employment background check and drug test.
