About The Role

The

Gym Sales Representative

is responsible for developing distribution & sales within the fitness channel (gyms, functional fitness, specialty stores). The ideal candidate will be passionate about the fitness scene, eager to engage in the community, and entrepreneurial with a solution mindset. The fitness channel is at the heart of everything we do and this position is vital to engaging consumers who are looking for better-for-you brands for their everyday life. The role has autonomy and ownership of the local market, providing opportunities for creative solutions which engage both customers and consumers in NOCCO and Barebells.

In This Role, Success Looks Like

Deliver on monthly volume and distribution goals and achieve overall objectives in the market by planning efficient routes and intentional visits.

Manage regional distribution and sales of NOCCO and Barebells by working with local and national distributors.

Consistently collect and grow weekly sales orders from assigned accounts.

Regularly visit clients and conduct follow-up visits to assess needs, manage inventory, upsell/cross-sell, promote trials/samples, and maintain promotion awareness.

Cultivate strong relationships with fitness and other accounts, advising on product selections and order processes.

Support marketing in developing awareness in your markets by managing local sampling team efforts and coordinating activations, events, and demos.

Skills And Qualifications Desired

At least 1 year of sales experience and account management, preferably in food & beverage, hospitality, distribution, or CPG

Understanding of KPIs and administrative requirements needed from Sales

Ability to track and manage account performance

Experience with managing and executing activation events to drive brand awareness

Proven experience in managing relationships with customers and distributors

Valid US Driver’s License

Collaborative skills – demonstrated proficiency in working with others and promoting teamwork

TRAVEL:

Must be able to travel daily to accounts and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
