Key Account Manager/Business Development
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team to contribute to the continued success of Upside. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing relationships, and growing business opportunities within existing accounts. This position will have the opportunity to travel extensively, with approximately 75% of their time spent outside of the West Chester office. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives, directors, and onsite/location managers to drive sales at multiple levels within key accounts Visit key accounts on a quarterly basis to develop relations, understand customer needs, and identify opportunities for growth Communicate customer needs, feedback and potential new business development projects to the internal team Act as the customer advocate within the organization, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded Work closely with the sales team to communicate customer needs without quoting responsibility Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and goals Monitor and analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports Prepare and deliver presentations on account activity, products and services Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to meet/exceed annual growth targets Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and industry developments to identify potential opportunities and threats Qualifications
Experience in managing key accounts and developing relationships with customers at multiple levels Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time as required Strong communication skills and the ability to advocate for customers within the organization Collaborative work style with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans and to analyze account performance metrics Job details
