A college degree is preferred, but a strong sales track record and passion for fitness are what matter most. Drive new member acquisition through sales conversations, lead follow-up, and in-studio interactions Deliver an exceptional first experience that inspires guests to join and stay Represent Rumble at local events, community pop-ups, and partnership activations Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed membership goals Maintain high-energy customer service that keeps the studio buzzing and members coming back Contribute to marketing efforts and local brand growth What You Bring
Prior experience in a sales-focused role ( fitness industry preferred; boutique studio sales highly preferred ) A results-driven mindset and confidence in your ability to close Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you love building relationships Professional polish and the ability to represent a premium brand Energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for fitness A flexible, can-do attitude and a strong sense of accountability What You Get
