Capitol Group is a local, customer‑focused company distributing plumbing, HVAC, industrial/mechanical, and kitchen and bath products across Illinois and Missouri. We seek a reliable and experienced Plumbing Inside Sales Representative to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, order placement, pricing and quotations, scheduling deliveries and installations, addressing complaints, and providing follow‑ups. Advise, assist, and actively upsell complementary products above and beyond the original order. Travel to other branches as needed to provide sales counter backup. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. One year of sales and/or customer service experience. Plumbing sales experience preferred. Benefits
