Responsibilities
Meet with customers in their homes to discuss their flooring needs
Provide customers with expert advice and guide them through the selection process
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction
Accurately measure rooms, provide quotes, and complete sales orders
Meet and exceed sales goals and objectives
Receiving comprehensive and ongoing sales training from day one to ensure your success
Requirements
No experience required! We will train you!
A valid Driver’s License, auto insurance and your own transportation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset to take control of your own earnings
Able to work weekdays and Saturdays
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
