Outside Sales Account Executive
opportunity, covering our
Roanoke, Virginia
territory. We'll teach you the products, the industry and offer sales support -- you'll bring the drive to win business and build a book of repeat customers.
What You'll Do
Hunt for new business opportunities: cold call, prospect, and grow your territory.
Build relationships with repeat customers through visits, calls, and emails.
Study and learn our 500+ product catalog in order to provide solutions that make your customers' jobs easier.
Manage your own territory, schedule, and sales plan - your success is in your hands.
Enter orders and track activity through our digital systems.

What We're Looking For
High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
2+ years of sales experience (e.g., retail sales, inside sales, transactional B2B or D2D) where you've proven you can close business and upsell.
A true hunter mentality - driven, competitive, and resilient.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn and retain product knowledge.
Solid time-management and planning skills and the self-discipline to efficiently run your territory.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel needed; Netsuite experience is a bonus.
Valid Driver License, reliable vehicle, and car insurance required.
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and MVR check.
