Qualifications
Experience in Sales or Customer Service
Ability to connect effectively over the phone
Proficient in using Microsoft Windows applications
Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
Must pass background and drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer objections
Familiarity with self-storage industry practices
Excellent verbal communication skills
