What You’ll Do

Develop New Business – Identify and pursue sales opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors, including manufacturing plants, property management groups, healthcare facilities, and multi‑family developments.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships – Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing solutions for their plumbing system needs, maintenance programs, and capital projects.

Consultative Sales Approach – Assess customer challenges and propose cost‑effective, customized plumbing solutions to maximize value and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Proven Sales Experience – 5+ years of success in B2B sales within commercial plumbing, mechanical services, or industrial facility solutions.

Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills – Ability to engage decision‑makers, present solutions, and close deals.

Self‑Motivated & Results‑Oriented – A proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Team Collaboration – Works effectively with service managers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure seamless project execution.

CRM Proficiency – Experience using ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track sales activity and manage customer relationships.

Ability to Travel – Willing to travel locally within the assigned territory (up to 50%).
