The Role
The Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales growth, implementing new strategies, and developing the sales team. This position requires leadership that balances collaboration with decisive action, fostering a culture of accountability and success. Overseeing both inside and outside sales, you will guide the team to standardize processes, expand market presence, and capitalize on new opportunities across the market. A track record of successful sales management, strong communication skills, and the ability to modernize processes are key attributes for success in this role. Benefits and Compensation
Base salary ranging from $90,000 to $150,000 based on experience Monthly commission structure designed in collaboration with the candidate Annual margin-based bonus incentives Choice of car allowance or mileage reimbursement for travel Hybrid work environment with 1-2 office days per week Medical, dental, and vision insurance options 401k retirement plan (no employer match) Generous paid time off (PTO) policy Community
