Sales Representative – Midwest, Southwest, West, and Mid-Atlantic Keystone Equipment Finance Corp. (Keystone) is an independent, commercial equipment finance company located in West Hartford, CT specializing in small-ticket transactions ranging from $25,000 - $200,000 and sourced through vendors and manufacturers. We are a subsidiary of Commercial Credit, Inc., one of the largest privately held commercial finance companies in North America, specializing in equipment and accounts receivable financing for the construction, fleet transportation, manufacturing, and waste industries.

Position Summary: We are looking for motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities, promoting financial products and services, and building long-term relationships to drive originations growth and contribute to the success of the entire organization. This role requires strong sales skills and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs. While we are looking for self-starters, we provide sales support by actively marketing our company and our brand and we assist our sales team with product and process training, prospecting, and lead generation. Equipment knowledge and finance experience are helpful but not specifically required.

Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business growth.

Entering, editing, and labeling information for credit application submissions into database in a secure, accurate manner.

Identify workable transactions versus declines upon viewing initial credit information.

Maintain clear and concise notes within CRM for deal status and/or communication.

Qualifications and Success Indicators:

Demonstrable history of sales success in equipment finance, equipment sales or a related field.

Ability to maintain a high level of consistent service in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of and willingness to use a CRM, Microsoft Office suite, and proprietary Company computer systems.

Dedication to enhancing the customer experience and delivering excellent service.

Goal-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets.

Effective communication skills, including written and phone skills.
