Position Summary: Ainsworth Inc is seeking a sales professional to focus on expanding our preventative maintenance services within Michigan by targeting new customers to grow our portfolio. This role offers a great opportunity for a growth-oriented sales professional.

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell preventative maintenance services to new and existing clients confidently and persuasively while maximizing profit.

Manage mid-level market and enterprise systems within the assigned territory.

Engineer, write specifications, develop cost proposals, and negotiate sales contracts.

Build strong relationships with clients involved in decision-making. Listen actively, identify concerns, understand each customer's business, and demonstrate technical expertise to build credibility, loyalty, and trust.

Create and implement strategies to achieve sales objectives.

Exceed margin targets while pursuing sales orders in the assigned territory.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Perform all duties safely, complying with health, safety, environmental policies, and regulations.

Adhere to the company's quality system operating procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Technical Degree or Diploma from university or college.

At least 5 years of successful sales experience in technical services.

Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial skills.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
