Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our Auto Finance Solutions business in the DFW region. The candidate must have direct experience in closing deals with captive finance arms, banks, or subprime lenders and should ideally have worked at leading auto finance technology. This role is pivotal to our U.S. growth strategy and demands a professional who combines deep industry knowledge, strong CXO-level relationships, and the ability to close multi-million-dollar enterprise deals. This role is critical to driving our U.S. expansion in the auto finance sector and requires deep industry knowledge, relationships, and the ability to sell complex SaaS solutions.
Job Role and Responsibilities: Revenue Generation
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, solution presentation, RFP/RFI management, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Build and manage CXO-level relationships with captive lenders (OEMs), banks, credit unions, and subprime/non-prime lenders.
• Drive new logo acquisition in the U.S. auto finance sector and deliver on annual revenue targets.
• Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key decision-makers across captive lenders (OEMs), banks, and subprime/non-prime lenders.
• Identify new markets, segments, and partnership opportunities to accelerate revenue growth.
• Represent the company at leading industry events (e.g. AFSA Vehicle Finance Conference, Auto Finance Summit).
• Stay abreast of auto finance digital transformation trends, emerging technologies, and competitive movements.
• Analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Provide leadership with insights on market share expansion, deal progression, and key risks or opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines for the assigned region.
• Drive adoption of CRM tools and ensure structured reporting and visibility of deal progression.
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure compliance and effective contract management.
• Track pipeline, forecasts, and market insights with a focus on auto finance digital transformation trends.
Requirements
• 10–15 years of proven enterprise sales experience in auto finance technology or financial services software.
• Hands-on exposure to loan origination, loan servicing, collections, and asset management systems (LOS/LMS).
• Prior experience in SaaS or cloud-based solution sales within the auto finance domain.
• Strong network across auto finance institutions in the U.S., particularly within the Texas/DFW region(Preffered).
• Demonstrated success in closing multi-million-dollar enterprise deals and managing large, complex sales cycles.
• Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
• Deep understanding of auto finance compliance frameworks and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with auto loan/lease lifecycle – origination, servicing, collections, repossession, recovery, and remarketing.
• Knowledge of subprime and non-prime lending segments
• Experience applying strategic selling frameworks
• Strong ability to influence and engage C-level executives across captives, banks, and independent lenders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in a fast-scaling environment.
