As a

Residential Sales Representative

at Big Ass Fans (BAF), you will play a fundamental role in achieving our revenue growth objectives. You should be comfortable and experienced in making dozens of calls per day while speaking to customers across multiple sales channels. Teamwork is essential for success in this high-volume, fast-paced role. In one day you could solve several customers 0problems, whether providing additional airflow to their home or upgrading their space with our high-end designed fans. You will know that your solution makes their lives better today, tomorrow and every day with our products. You 0will be their hero. Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets through both traditional and creative sales strategies. Identify and expand opportunities within existing accounts, with a focus on developing strategic relationships with key accounts. Generate new business by converting inbound leads and executing effective outbound outreach campaigns while achieving a close rate of 80%+. Build and maintain strong relationships with trade accounts through proactive engagement, including regular calls and virtual meetings. Assess customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their business goals. Ensure accuracy in order processing to reduce errors and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support to clients. What You'll Bring

Bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred or equivalent experience Proven inside sales experience Track record of high-volume performance and over-achieving quotas Maintain a strong phone presence with a customer-first approach Experience working with a CRM, preferably with Salesforce, ensuring meticulous entry of all customer information and project details Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong phone and video presence Able to prioritize and manage time effectively to handle an average of 30 projects simultaneously Think you have what it takes, but your background doesn 0t perfectly align with this role? Every Big Ass Fans employee works towards the company 0growth goals, and no goal is successful without a plan. When you start your BAF journey with a strong 90-day plan, you 0will be set up for a great first day, week, month, quarter and beyond. Here 0is a snapshot of the first 90 days as a BAF Inside Sales Representative: Days 1-30: Complete onboarding activities, including an onsite 4-day FANdamentals training. Meet peers and departments you 0ll be collaborating with. Develop a base understanding of BAF 0s CRM and processes to perform daily tasks. Shadow inbound and outbound sales calls and sales presentations. Days 31-60: Develop in-depth product understanding and confidently build product recommendations. Engage with management to practice sales pitches, develop product recommendations, and closing. Begin outbound sales calls to warm leads with peer support. Manage inbound calls, vet leads, and open trade accounts. Days 61-90+: Ready, set, sell! You 0ll be taking and making sales calls. The Interview Process
