If so, then you may be just what we’re looking for. Our Hybrid Event Sales Representatives are more than just good salespeople—they’re talented

experience-makers

. They engage with calls and emails to secure bookings, manage pipelines, and support team success by taking on virtual office responsibilities. You will collaborate with our Operations Team to ensure flawless execution of our guests' events. You’ll make the booking, planning, and partying process easy (and fun) so that your client keeps coming back. Essential Duties

Get a glimpse of all you’ll experience as a Hybrid Event Sales Representative. DEVELOP YOUR IQ & BOOK IT

Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events. Learn the features and benefits of our properties and event options, and relay them effectively to clients across multiple venues. Understand the needs of various events—from corporate functions to birthday parties and social gatherings. HIT THOSE NUMBERS

Meet or exceed your sales KPIs. STAY ON POINT

Organize and manage a large client database and multiple venues efficiently. GUIDE THE GUEST

Assist clients in planning their events and coordinate details until the event day. Maintain active relationships during and after events to encourage repeat business. FLEXIBILITY IS KEY

Be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons. BE CAMERA READY

Participate in virtual meetings and coaching sessions, fostering team camaraderie remotely. Who You Are

You are motivated, eager to learn, and enthusiastic about selling our unique bowling entertainment and events. You thrive on feedback, enjoy friendly competition, and are committed to guest service. Your interpersonal skills help turn ordinary events into memorable celebrations that clients will talk about long after the party ends. Desired Skills

Check if you have what it takes: Knowledge of sales, hospitality, and event planning Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Feedback-oriented Excellent time management and organizational skills Adaptability Minimum Requirements

A dedicated workspace free from distractions Reliable high-speed internet (30-50 Mbps download, 10-20 Mbps upload) Ability to travel quarterly to the office for company-paid trips Additional Information
