Canvassing Manager
to lead a high-performing field sales team in residential solar. This is a field-based leadership role requiring a mix of
door-to-door sales skills, team management, and performance accountability .
What We Offer: $3,000/month base salary ( upon meeting performance benchmarks )

Your Responsibilities: Actively engage in door-to-door canvassing and lead generation
Motivate and coach your canvassing team to hit KPIs
Manage team reporting, tracking, and daily goals
Represent the Solar Works brand with professionalism and integrity
Ideal Candidate: Previous D2D canvassing experience (required)
Team leadership or outside sales management experience (preferred)
Strong communicator, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Comfortable working outdoors and in fast-paced environments
Passion for clean energy and helping homeowners save
