Lead Sales Representative (Manager Track)

Joyce Factory Direct is growing fast and we're looking for a Lead Sales Representative in Asheville, NC. Your daily role will involve running leads, closing deals, and coaching new team members.

What You’ll Do

Conduct in‑home presentations for windows, sunrooms, and bath remodeling projects

Close sales while modeling performance for new reps

Shadow, train, and coach new team members in the field

Assist the manager in tracking performance and hitting goals

Help build and grow the Asheville market

Requirements

2+ years of home improvement or residential sales experience

Natural leadership ability and a desire to mentor others

Competitive drive and strong closing skills

Comfortable working evenings and weekends (homeowners' schedules)

Goal‑oriented and motivated by performance‑based pay
