POSITION: BAS Controls - Systems Solutions Sales Leader

Responsibilities
Prior experience in as a Sales Team Leadership position or similar role.
Responsible for guiding a team to achieve sales goals for the fiscal year
Establish and hold accountability for the team’s annual operational goals as well as annual budgets and success.
Manage and coach team members to help them achieve their goals
Delegate and assign account responsibility, leads and other opportunities to team members
Conduct performance and sales reviews with team members
Responsible for understanding the CRM system tools
Assist in helping sales personal resolve customer issues or problems
Maintain and uphold the representation of the company by gathering clients perceptions and feedback
