Responsibilities

Perform complex operational analytics to ensure market strategies are met for the mid‑market sales team

Coach, counsel, and lead the mid‑market sales team

Ensure adherence to established procedures and guidelines

Coordinate with field sales representatives, managers, training, and other support functions

Achieve assigned revenue goals for all team members and the overall team

Provide feedback to management and recommend changes to procedures and guidelines

Serve as liaison between training, sales management, field sales, and other support functions

Drive frontline sales results

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction ratings

Develop and communicate annual sales plans aligned with organizational strategy and objectives

Identify, prioritize, and win new client relationships while retaining and growing existing clients across assigned markets and territories

Basic Qualifications (External Applicants)

Three or more years of recent successful experience in a high‑transaction sales environment while meeting and exceeding quota

Three or more years of experience mentoring, coaching, or managing sales teams

Experience in building and hiring a sales team

Proficiency in Excel

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Strong track record of coaching sales teams to reach their full potential

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing from an accredited, in‑person college/university

Track record of commitment to prior employers

Ability to work flexible hours: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., 9:30 a.m.–6:30 p.m., or 10:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. EST

Basic Qualifications (Internal Applicants)

Two or more years of experience in a high‑transaction sales environment while meeting and exceeding quota

Six or more months of hitting performance standards and net sales goals

Proficiency in Excel

Experience in mentoring, coaching, and developing peers

Demonstrated leadership capabilities

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

Multifamily experience helpful, but not required

Proven presentation and demonstration skills using web‑based meeting applications like WebEx, Go‑To‑Meeting, etc.

Track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas in a high‑transaction environment

Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations in a high‑growth company
