Job Description – Channel Manager POSITION SUMMARY:

Driven by a combination of company growth, market demand, and success with Netrio's Channel Partner program, Netrio is seeking a Channel Manager to join our team. The focus for this position will be to expand Netrio's Channel Sales through recruiting, training, and driving ongoing engagement with new channel partners, who will in turn focus on selling Netrio's core services, including Managed IT Services, Managed Security, Cybersecurity Governance, Cloud Services, Network as a Service, Voice & Collaboration, and Professional Services. Reporting to Netrio's VP of Partner Channel, the ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned KPIs and sales quotas. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly motivated, accustomed to working independently / remote work environment, exhibits exceptional communication skills, and has a strong track record in delivering sales results in a high growth, fast paced environment in the technology industry. RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position will have a wide range of responsibilities, including recruitment of prospective new channel partners, driving market awareness of Netrio’s solutions with partners, partner training and onboarding, and driving engagement with partners to drive end-user customer revenue. Essential responsibilities include: Achievement of KPIs, and exceeding sales and revenue targets Identifying prospective channel partners and developing a comprehensive channel sales strategy for the recruitment of new partners Recruitment of new channel partners through a combination of tactics including phone / email contact, leveraging personal relationships, working through Netrio’s existing Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs), and participation in partner events. Partner Onboarding & Training – education of channel partners on Netrio’s core capabilities, target client profile, value proposition, unique differentiators, and how to do business with Netrio; Help partners develop a solid working knowledge of Netrio’s products and understand the benefits they will provide to potential partners. Hands-on participation on partner sales opportunities; Timely responsiveness on end user client sales activities, including client qualification, quoting and proposals, technical solution design, ordering and contract management. Coordination and orchestration of Netrio’s resources to support partner’s sales efforts; Collaboration with partner, Netrio and any third-party suppliers to support the successful deployment and continued support of Netrio’s products & services. Driving Netrio focus on technologies/products and increase revenues with engaged partners. Engage with the partners regularly to foster the relationship and keep Netrio top of mind. Consistently articulate Netrio’s value proposition with partners in order to maintain and increase Netrio’s share of each partner’s business. Participate in planning sessions with assigned partners and Netrio leadership team on a regular basis focusing on business priorities, finding opportunities for the creation of value for partners, customers and Netrio. Analyze and report on partner initiatives, forecast for strategic changes and report on key metrics. Maintain a detailed understanding of assigned partners’ business (growth initiative, strategic focus, investment areas, profitability factors, etc.). Position Requirements EXPERIENCE: 5+ years’ industry experience required with proven track record of selling and delivering results in solution-oriented technology services, or software as a service. 2+ years’ experience working with Channel Partners preferred, with a successful track record of recruiting, on-boarding, enabling and managing partners (TSDs, Direct Agents, IT Consultants, VARs, Cloud Providers, etc.). SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Hard working, self-driven, highly motivated, and high energy with a positive, 'can-do' attitude. Demonstrates initiative in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of working independently and succeeding in remote work environments. Solutions oriented sales experience with strong business acumen, financial acumen, and general understanding of business drivers and ability to sell based on business outcomes. Strong knowledge of Managed IT Services, Managed Security, Backup and Recovery, Unified Communications as a Service, Contact Center as a Service, or Cloud. Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple modalities. Excellent presentation skills. Ability to assemble and present effective sales presentations at the C-Level to both partners and end-customer organizations is a requirement. Strong organizational skills required. Capable of operating in a high activity environment, handling tasks across multiple channel partners and clients. EDUCATION:

4 year / Bachelor's degree preferred; A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered TRAVEL:

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time (once current pandemic passes). In interim, must be prepared to conduct business via video conference, and collaboration tools.
