Job Description Pennsylvania Steel Company Inc. is a leading distributor of steel and aluminum. We are a veteran and privately owned business with 52 years in the industry. This position offers a generous salary, monthly bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Position Responsibilities
Receive and process customer requests for quotes and sales orders via phone, fax and email accurately and timely.
Provide customers with all required information upon request.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships through outstanding customer service.
Work with team‑members to provide support as required.
Follow all aspects of the Company's quality system and assist with its development as required.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and company values.
Other duties as required.
Requirements
Familiarity with the metals industry and its products.
Strong computer skills.
Strong mathematical skills.
Good attention to detail.
Strong customer service skills.
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
