Responsibilities
Leads are generated through company marketing and networking
Educate customers on the benefits of our gutter services and products
Prepare and present proposals to potential customers
Close sales and achieve monthly targets
Maintain relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Base $500
5% Commission on all sales
1.5% bonus if monthly goal is met
