We are seeking a highly motivated
Account Executive
with
HVAC industry experience
to drive sales and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop new business while maintaining existing accounts. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop
new business opportunities
within the HVAC sector. Manage and grow existing
client relationships , ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Present and demonstrate
HVAC products and services
to contractors, facility managers, and building owners. Develop and execute
sales strategies
to meet and exceed revenue targets. Prepare and deliver
proposals, bids, and contracts , negotiating terms as needed. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and service departments, to ensure seamless project execution. Stay updated on
HVAC industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities . Maintain accurate
sales records and pipeline tracking
using CRM software. Qualifications: Proven experience in HVAC sales, account management, or business development . Strong knowledge of
HVAC systems, equipment, and industry regulations . Excellent
communication, negotiation, and presentation skills . Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively. Proficiency in
CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools . Valid driver’s license
and willingness to travel within the assigned region. Seniority level
