Must be in New Jersey! Base pay / commission! Commissions are paid weekly! Urgently hiring – Northeast Power Dry is hiring a Senior Sales Representative for a full‑time position.

Base pay range $100,000.00/yr – $180,000.00/yr

Remote sales – dispatched from home. All appointments are scheduled by our dispatching coordinators; no cold calling. You will be dispatched from home and will go straight to the job site. No need to come into the office except for scheduled meetings.

As a Senior Outside Sales Representative, you will determine the scope of work and provide estimates to homeowners when they need help. Our customer service team pre‑screens, pre‑qualifies, and sets up appointments. No cold calling – this is a hot‑lead, one‑call close opportunity.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for in‑home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)

Work remotely to meet with homeowners to determine the scope of work and provide estimates

Provide solutions to homeowners in a time of need

Execute top‑notch customer service as a Sales Operation Manager

Manage remediation crews to ensure progress and compliance of job

Monitor job status and communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers

Ensure to respond within one hour of receiving a notice for new jobs

Process all documentation and ensure it is completed in a timely manner

Qualifications

Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems

Basic math

3+ years of sales experience

Valid driver’s license

Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software

Must be able to work overtime as needed and some holidays
