We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team. The position offers an hourly wage of 14.00 to 17.00 per hour with a commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $1.89 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Responsibilities

Performs non-management open/close procedures. Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and maintains the display of merchandise. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements. Handles all cash and negotiable items in accordance with established policies, procedures, practices, and regulatory requirements. Answers incoming calls per company standards. Effectively communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect and using effective communication tools. Partners with all employees to create a positive and memorable customer experience. Successfully completes the assigned training. Other related duties, as assigned. Position Summary

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business. The Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate greets, engages, and interacts with customers in a positive and professional manner to process sales, loans, and other transactions. The associates will work with a wide variety of jewelry and general merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Greets and interacts with customers to develop a rapport and provide appropriate financial solutions. Performs cash handling and related duties per policy. Maintains store cleanliness and merchandise presentation. Processes sales and loan transactions per policy and regulatory requirements. Answers customer inquiries and supports problem resolution. Ensures clear communication with customers about transactions and legal aspects. Collaborates with teammates to deliver excellent customer service. Completes required training. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Must be willing and able to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods (in accordance with law). Ability to work with firearms and to become firearms certified. Ability to work in exterior or parking lot areas as needed. Minimum Age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team-oriented. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Cash handling experience is preferred. Willingness and ability to work at multiple locations as needed. Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays. Computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems and common office machines. Perks and Benefits
