Responsibilities
Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
Consult customers in a professional, upbeat manner
Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
Maintain a clean and organized salon
Opening/closing business
Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment
Attending off-site Sales and job trainings
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum age 18 years
Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods for 7 hours per day
Ability to lift 25 lbs without assistance
Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
