Solar Sales-Experience Required Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess a strong background in solar sales, with the ability to engage with clients and drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Generate leads and complete the sale with qualified residential or commercial prospects Educate clients on solar technology, financial incentives, and long-term savings. Create personalized solar presentations to facilitate solar sales. Maintain strong client relations and provide ongoing solar support after project completion Research and stay current on all local regulations, incentive programs and emerging technologies. QA/Pre-punch list walks with follow up reports and tracking Coordinate onsite deliveries with suppliers and general contractor/home owners Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years’ Solar experience required. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Deep understanding of solar energy systems, financing, and installation timelines. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, organized, and tech-savvy (CRM/solar design tools a plus). Proficiency with Windows based operating system, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD. Comfortable climbing ladders, stair towers, and not afraid of heights. Valid driver’s license for local traveling Pass pre-employment drug test and background check. Experience with Bluebeam is preferred but not required. Seniority level
