Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Compensation Draw vs Commission; $100K-$150K+ OTE plus Performance Bonuses

Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
Inspect roofs and identify storm-related damage
Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
Present roofing solutions with clarity and professionalism
Close deals and partner with project managers for smooth execution
Represent Omega Exteriors with urgency, honesty, and care

Strong in customer service and relationship building?
Driven by results and uncapped earning potential?
Confident outdoors and skilled in face-to-face communication?
Coachable, motivated, and eager to learn a proven system?

Qualifications
At least 2 years of customer service experience
Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
Strong communicator with solid work ethic
Comfortable climbing ladders and inspecting roofs
Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented
