District Sales Manager – Salt Lake City, Utah We are seeking a full‑time District Sales Manager to join our growing team. The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and will be based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, working autonomously from a home‑based office. Travel within the territory and occasional travel within North America and internationally is required.

Salary Base pay range:

$100,000 - $120,000 per year

Incentive compensation:

Uncapped commissions plus bonuses

Responsibilities

Manage the territory and drive sales growth through existing and new customers, increasing customer base and market share.

Adapt and execute the company’s sales strategy.

Develop and maintain a pipeline; ensure progression and ongoing activity through cold calling and onsite visits.

Meet sales targets set in annual and quarterly budgets and communicated by the manager.

Analyze customers to understand business needs and opportunities.

Present product line in a professional manner, demonstrating device indications, efficacy, safety, and how products fulfill customer needs.

Prepare sales contracts, quotes, and terms per company guidelines, escalating when necessary.

Develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships; visit all accounts regularly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Install equipment at customer sites in accordance with company methods, specifications, policies, and procedures.

Provide sales support at meetings, workshops, and conventions as needed.

Submit sales reports in a timely manner.

Collaborate with other departments such as Inside Sales and Clinical Training.

Maintain CRM data integrity through regular updates, compile reports, and attend calls and meetings as required.

Possess a high level of understanding of the products and competitive landscape.

Support assigned Area Sales Managers and/or Territory Managers in meeting sales targets, aligning activities with the sales process and strategy, and providing coaching and development.

Assist in closing sales in person and remotely.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in capital equipment sales, preferably medical device.

Experience selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive technologies to dermatologists, facial and plastic surgeons, etc.

BA/BS or equivalent educational background in business or a related field.

Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.

Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.

Team player who collaborates with internal departments and customers.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment under strict deadlines.

Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to manage and lead people.

Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive mindset.

Excellent time management and organization skills.

Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver’s license and must own a vehicle.

Willingness to travel primarily within the territory, some travel within North America, and international travel as required.

Additional Requirements

Owner of a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Willingness to travel primarily within territory and occasional travel within North America and internationally.

Ability to travel overnight at least 2 nights per week if required.

Potential willingness to relocate for growth opportunities.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year.

Incentive compensation: Uncapped commissions plus bonuses.
