Seasonal Retail Sales Associate - Legacy Crossing
Bath & Body Works is hiring for a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the holiday season and help spread the cheer. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will be the face of Bath & Body Works—understanding our customers’ needs and helping them find the best products for themselves and others. Our associates are dedicated to delivering exceptional and consistent customer experiences that positively impact sales and contribute to a positive, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in our values and product knowledge.
Create genuine connections with customers by uncovering needs, sharing product information, demonstrating products, and making personalized recommendations.
Drive rewards program enrollment and engagement on the sales floor and at checkout.
Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and inviting.
Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
Perform physical duties including standing, walking, reaching, lifting, climbing ladders, and handling products to maintain store appearance. Ability to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds as needed.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a welcoming environment by adhering to safety standards and expectations.
Uphold company values, policies, and procedures.
