Senior Commercial Sales Representative
to help grow our presence across
Austria and Switzerland.
If you’ve spent at least 3 years closing new business in the commercial space, love the hunt for new logos, and are motivated by exceeding targets, you’ll feel right at home here. We’re looking for someone who builds strong relationships, enjoys solving client challenges, and is energized by winning.
What Will You Do? You’ll help accelerate growth across
commercial accounts (up to 1,500 employees)
across
Austria and Switzerland . That means owning the full sales cycle, building a strong pipeline, and working closely with both customers and channel partners. While you’ll spend most of your time hunting for new business, you’ll also nurture a select group of existing accounts.
Lead the entire sales process — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close — with key decision-makers at mid‑size companies
Partner with channel teams, field sales, and internal stakeholders to unlock the full potential of your territory
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using a mix of outbound efforts and inbound opportunities
Develop solid product and market expertise to confidently communicate the value of SentinelOne’s solutions
Keep a pulse on industry trends and the competitive landscape to strengthen your consultative approach
Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) revenue targets with sharp forecasting and pipeline discipline
Share accurate weekly forecasts and insights with leadership
Travel once or twice a month as needed
Work fully remotely from Germany
What skills and experience should you bring?
Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
3+ years of direct sales experience at a software vendor, with a proven track record of closing deals and driving territory growth
Experience selling into the commercial segment (50–1,500 employees)
Experience working with or through channel partners is strongly preferred
Cybersecurity experience is also strongly preferred
Skilled in managing complex sales cycles, from inbound qualification to executive‑level negotiations
Comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Results‑oriented mindset with a competitive edge and high level of self‑motivation
Strong presentation, storytelling, and objection‑handling skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
