The Inside Sales Manager leads customer service and sales operations, managing the full customer order lifecycle—from quotations to delivery—while driving continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Position Profile
Labor Grade: Full‑time, Exempt Reporting To: Sales Manager Major Duties & Responsibilities
Manage sales operations and customer service team, including staffing and development. Oversee customer quotations, order processing, and order follow‑up. Maintain customer portals, consignment management, and returned goods processes. Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and trade compliance standards. Handle customer complaints and ensure execution of sales agreements. Support global sales activities—pricing, terms, logistics, and analytics. Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance service, delivery, and profitability. Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or finance (preferred). Five or more years of relevant experience in inside sales management. Skills & Qualifications
Leadership and team development. Deep knowledge of products and customer needs. Project management and process improvement expertise. Strong verbal and written communication skills across organizational boundaries. Proficiency with ERP systems (quotations, orders, manufacturing, shipping). Willingness to travel domestically and internationally. Experience with quality systems and process controls. Advanced Excel and Windows Office skills. Competencies
