LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY Role Overview:
As Senior Project Manager, you'll work closely with the AVP of Construction to manage multiple commercial development projects. You'll collaborate across teams including Development, Design, Legal, Leasing, Finance, and Property Management to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities:
Drive construction planning, execution, and financial management Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and quality standards Coordinate with development teams from project inception to completion Manage vendor contracts and general contractor relationships Oversee project consultants and construction managers Prepare monthly financial and progress reports Review and approve change orders Create comprehensive development schedules with Senior Development Manager Required Qualifications:
4 years' experience managing commercial construction projects Experience with national general contractors or developers preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management Strong project management and financial oversight abilities Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills Willingness to travel as needed Hybrid work schedule (1 to 2 days remote per week) Benefits:
