Account Executive Benelux for PLM, MES, and IoT Solutions (m/f/d),
you will report directly to the Head of International Sales and work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions make a difference. We seek ambitious, performance-driven individuals eager to take ownership and shape success. This is your opportunity to manage customer relationships end-to-end and grow both personally and professionally. Your Responsibilities
Acquire new clients and generate new business. Expand the customer base in the Benelux region and achieve sales targets. Identify prospects, pitch products and services, and close deals with new customers. Develop sales strategies for target accounts and deliver presentations to potential clients. Serve as the primary contact for new clients, negotiate contracts, and onboard clients. Engage in ongoing business development with current customers. Your Profile
Academic degree in engineering, natural sciences, economics, or equivalent qualification in B2B technical sales. Proven experience in direct sales of software solutions within CAD, DMS, MES, PDM, PLM, or ERP environments, with market understanding. Understanding of processes related to the product development lifecycle. Sales and market-oriented mindset with a confident, customer-focused attitude. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong self-motivation, structured work style, and ability to work independently. Native Dutch speaker with excellent Dutch and English communication skills; German skills are a plus. What We Offer
