Inside Sales Manager
to lead a virtual sales team of 10+ representatives covering accounts across Canada and the U.S. This high‑impact role combines people leadership with strategic sales execution in a KPI‑driven environment. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by managing stakeholder relationships, forecasting trends, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Your team will include both seasoned professionals and new hires, requiring a balance of coaching, mentoring, and performance management to maximize results. What You Need to Succeed
Education & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred, with 5+ years of leadership experience in sales or contact center environments. Prior experience in the print and IT sector is highly valued. Experience with hiring, onboarding, and developing new team members is a strong asset.
Proven Leadership
– Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 10+ employees in a fast‑paced, high‑volume sales environment, balancing day‑to‑day operations with long‑term growth. Skilled in coaching, mentoring, and building high‑performing teams that deliver results.
Sales & Business Acumen
– Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and stakeholder management. Adept at using data and KPIs to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
