Sales Associate
Valuetainment seeks a Sales Associate to promote our consultancy services, sell event tickets, and drive revenue in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management:
Enables businesses in their growth journey through personalized sessions with industry experts, strategy sessions, online courses, exclusive events, and keynote speeches; builds and maintains strong client relationships; understands client needs and offers solutions; guides implementation; ensures client satisfaction and retention. New Business Development:
Identifies and prospects new clients through various channels; conducts outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings; presents the value of Bet‑David Consulting's services. Sales and Revenue Generation:
Achieves and exceeds sales targets; collaborates with the sales team to optimize revenue and client acquisition strategies; maintains accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Product Knowledge:
Stays up to date with Bet‑David Consulting's services and offerings; effectively communicates the value of our services to potential clients. Market Research:
Keeps abreast of industry trends and market conditions; provides feedback and insights to refine services and strategies; participates in team meetings; identifies areas of improvement in existing sales strategies; creates sales plans; mentors the team; serves as primary sales resource; provides direction for executing policies and strategies; maintains knowledge of business operations and product offerings. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred. Deep understanding of sales practices including cross‑selling, prospecting, and direct sales. 3+ years of sales and account management experience; outbound sales required. 2+ years of event ticket sales preferred. Exceptional communication and listening skills with the ability to direct, strategize, unify, and empower business leaders. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office. Former athletes encouraged to apply. Compensation: Salary plus competitive commission structure, performance‑based bonus, comprehensive benefits package. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills and may vary from the range listed above. Benefits include medical insurance, vision insurance, and 401(k).
