Overview
Virtual Sales Executive Trainee position supporting the sales team on the island of Kauai. The role focuses on providing Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation memories in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment. Pay and Location
Base pay range: $14.00/hr - $32.50/hr. At this time, applicants must reside in Hawai‘i. This position primarily works remotely with potential Owners on Kauai. Responsibilities
Conduct virtual tours for potential owners. Answer Owner questions regarding property use and location amenities; make recommendations based on owner discovery information. Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners. Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information. Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, inform them of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals). Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use information to support effective follow-up opportunities. Guest Experience And Company Standards
Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Attend daily huddles and regularly scheduled team/manager meetings. Maintain openness, trust, and confidence in pursuing organizational goals and lasting relationships. Follow company policies and safety procedures. Requirements
Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. This position primarily works remotely with potential owners. Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping; be able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Maintain an active Hawaii Real Estate License in good standing where mandated by law. Lift/carry/push/pull items up to 10 lbs without assistance. Background and drug screening may be required per company policy and applicable legal requirements. Benefits
