Position: Brand Loyalty and Retention Manager Requirements: 7-10 years of experience At least 3 years of management experience in a marketing/channel role Spanish knowledge is a plus Strong background in marketing program management College degree in Business or Marketing (Bachelor's) Project management skills Leadership qualities Channel engagement and relationship management skills Knowledge of loyalty marketing and printing supplies business is a plus Responsibilities: Participate in weekly channel marketing meetings for the covered countries whenever possible Manage multinational responsibilities covering North America and Latin America, supporting retention and brand loyalty initiatives This role is an individual contributor position but requires extensive outreach to country channel marketing and sales organizations
