Position Overview As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for developing new business for both companies. You’ll work directly with companies, schools, hospitals, and event professionals to understand their transportation needs and present solutions tailored to each client—meeting people face‑to‑face, following up with leads, and staying in touch with key contacts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identifying potential clients in the corporate, university, healthcare, and event sectors.
Setting up appointments and presenting our services clearly and professionally.
Building lasting relationships through networking, follow‑up, and consistent communication.
Creating custom transportation proposals and quotes.
Coordinating with dispatch and operations to ensure a smooth handoff after the sale.
Tracking outreach, pipeline, and results in our CRM system.
Staying informed about local events, competitors, and opportunities to stay ahead.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals set by management.
Who We’re Looking For
2–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in transportation, hospitality, or events.
A self‑starter who enjoys community engagement and building relationships.
Strong communication skills and a professional presence.
Comfortable giving presentations, asking good questions, and following through.
Organized and consistent with follow‑ups and documentation.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
Background in business, marketing, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
