Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative for Swave, you will play a crucial role by directly engaging with homeowners through door-to-door outreach to promote and sell our solar energy systems and home security products. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated individuals seeking to join a growing company in a dynamic industry. Your responsibilities include generating leads, educating potential customers, and closing sales.

Customer Education:
Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and home security, our products and services, and available incentives. Sales Presentations:
Deliver informative sales presentations to potential customers and close sales. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals. Lead Generation:
Generate new leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and networking. Qualifications: Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience in sales, customer service, or the service industry is preferred. Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time options Flexible schedule Weekend availability Compensation: Commission only, based on performance $70,000-$120,000 annual first-year average income; top performers can earn $150,000+ Uncapped commissions Bonuses and incentives
