Sales Admin Assistant Pay depends on experience.

We are looking for an organized and proactive Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team in driving revenue and delivering exceptional client service. This role includes coordinating meetings and events, preparing proposals and contracts, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales and catering managers and directors with clerical tasks and guest service so they can focus on closing business.

Respond to guests' requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner; word processing, typing, e-mailing, data entry, filing, faxing, copying, and processing mail; other general office duties and assist with special projects, as needed.

Report directly to the Director of Sales.

Serve as a coordinator role that provides entry‑level exposure to all aspects of sales, catering, CS, and hotel operations; position can set up for a progressive career in sales discipline and is also good for those who like to leave work behind at the end of shift.

Education & Experience

High school diploma, GED, or one year of hotel experience.

Prior office admin experience; hotel experience plus event and catering experience are plusses.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Eligible to work in the United States.

Able to work Monday – Friday, some evenings and weekends as needed.

Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job‑related needs.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required — with or without reasonable accommodations.

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.
