Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr
About the Role We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Account Executive with 3–5 years of experience. In this role, you'll act as a cross-functional liaison—guiding the execution of integrated marketing initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment, and driving projects across social media, web, and video content.
You should be energized by working in fast-paced, collaborative environments and have a strong grasp of both the creative and operational sides of marketing execution. Prior experience with top-tier brands, Fortune 500 companies, philanthropic organizations or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, agency partners and external partners we create content with.
Manage timelines, approvals, deliverables, and expectations across multiple departments and external vendors.
Oversee the end-to-end development of social media campaigns and video content—ensuring projects are on brand and on time.
Website management – updating layouts and publishing content via WordPress.
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively problem-solve to keep projects moving forward.
Maintain an organized system for tracking project details, assets, feedback loops, and final deliverables.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience, ideally working with Fortune 500 clients or within highly regulated industries.
Solid understanding of social media content, digital marketing, and video production workflows.
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Airtable) is a plus.
Familiarity with compliance processes or legal review protocols.
