OMS360 is looking for a driven, detail‑oriented, and people‑savvy Inside Sales Associate to power the top of our business development funnel. As an Inside Sales Associate, you’ll dive deep into research, craft smart and personalized outreach, manage key event logistics, and serve as the glue between Marketing and Business Development. Your role is to set the tone for high‑quality conversations with potential oral surgery practice partners, ensuring every touchpoint is thoughtful, warm, and intentional. What You’ll Do

Prospect Research & CRM Management

Own and maintain our Salesforce CRM with detailed profiles on practices and doctors Scrape the internet, databases, and more to build prospect profiles and uncover what truly motivates them Stay on top of industry trends and local market activity to keep our pipeline fresh and relevant Partner with the VP of Business Development to track and report on our prospect pipeline Leverage tools like Power BI (or similar) to generate actionable insights from prospect data Collaborate closely with Marketing to shape and execute thoughtful, targeted campaigns (email, direct mailers, etc.) Assist in creating compelling materials such as teasers, brochures, slide decks, and more that get our prospects excited to learn about OMS360 Think creatively about new ways to engage prospects and stand out in a crowded market Event & Logistics Coordination

Lead planning and logistics for key BD events such as Day with OMS360 (DWOMS), Evening with OMS360 (EWOMS), and conferences Attend events when needed and ensure timely follow‑up with prospects, including CRM updates and lead nurturing While cold calling won’t be a core part of this role, we want someone who’s not afraid to pick up the phone if it helps us move faster or learn more You Might Be a Fit If You Are...

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or similar roles Proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI (or willingness to learn quickly) Solid research and analytical skills A can‑do attitude and growth mindset About OMS360
