Responsibilities We educate small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting) using NFIB's proven sales presentation. This is a hunter/closer sales role with an assumptive one-call close, and no account management after the sale. What you will be responsible for: Meeting small business owners through in-person prospecting (no appointment setting) Memorizing and utilizing NFIB’s proven 5-minute sales presentation Building rapport and delivering engaging presentations Overcoming objections and closing sales Processing payments on the spot Qualifications Requirements to succeed in this role: Strong work ethic Grit and perseverance Self-starter with ability to follow a structured sales model Desire for ongoing learning Quick-witted, adaptable, strategic Passion for small business success Sales experience and/or transferable skills Intermediate technical skills Joining NFIB means being part of a team dedicated to supporting small business.
