About the Role Premium operates wireless locations in over 1,300 outlets via Walmart Supercenter, with a dedicated sales team of 3,200+ brand representatives. As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products & solutions they want & need, closing sales through hustle, creativity, and problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

Meet or exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.

Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.

Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy‑to‑understand terms.

Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.

Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.

Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

Qualifications & Success Factors

High‑energy personality and natural ability to start conversations with shoppers.

Resilience and resourcefulness in a high‑traffic environment.

Motivation to excel in an uncapped commission sales role.

Integrity while providing fantastic service.

Ability to stand/move for 8–10 hour shifts.

Flexibility to work peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays.

Prior sales experience or knowledge of wireless category is not mandatory; drive to learn required.

We’ll teach you everything you need to know about wireless plans, services, devices, and promotions through ongoing in‑store and online training.
